Like most cities across the country, Pasadena is working on regulating rentals like the Bungalow.  It is nearly certain that the city will be requiring a 15% transitory occupancy tax, as they do hotels.  They are also proposing limiting the availability for short term rentals.   Book now, before all that takes place, and save money!
